Version 5.0 is a major milestone for the Total Recall Envision product line and contains some of the most beneficial innovations to date—including new Metrics, Task Management, AR Management, expanded routing capabilities and more.
Remind your employees and customers of importance of Data Security
-Think before you click if details if you are unsure who the email is from or if the email looks “phishy”
-When available, use the “junk” or “block” option to remove unneeded spam
-Consider stronger passwords internally and for your customers. Consider Multi-factor authentication wherever possible
-Utilize Total Recall’s Scan on Demand instead of emailing PDFS or digital records
Test your Back-up and review your Back-up Strategy
-Ensure your key systems and data is being backed-up properly and run a test to ensure everything could be restored if required
Patching / Upgrades for Operating System and 3rd party Software
