DHS Worldwide Announces New Industry-First Capabilities In The Upcoming Release of Total Recall Software 8.5

Featuring many first-in-the-industry capabilities, the latest release includes over 80 major enhancements designed to meet the growing needs of tomorrows industry.  

An all new interactive query builder is a major new feature in the TR Envision Web. Users will be able to build more complex, multi-rule queries for items in inventory. The queries can be saved and reused on demand, providing faster access to their information.

TR Version 8.5 features new and enhanced Item Legal Hold Management Functionality. Authorized Users can be assigned as Item Hold Administrators and Owners, providing an intuitive lookup value online. An all new Item Hold ID field has also been added which can be viewed online for internal lookup and management. 

DHS has also added many new features within TR Envision, designed to streamline and automate day-to-day operations and scheduling. The color-coded scheduling calendar has been redesigned and now provides full control of route management planning. 

With the introduction of new daily job sequencing capabilities, routes can be optimized and saved up to 12 months in advance. Enhanced City and Zip Code filtering options makes it easier to find the best route for new customers by eliminating unsuitable routes from view. New mapping features allow all routes to be previewed together to help ensure route density and job assignment accuracy. 

The new scheduling calendar also serves as an operational dashboard to monitor driver performance in real-time. Utilizing the latest in Zebra devices, Total Recall’s new GPS tracking solution eliminates the cost of expensive GPS tracking hardware. Quickly view the current location of any driver in the field and monitor the execution of daily orders in real time, from initial dispatch to final order completion. 

In addition to the latest release of TR Version 8.5, DHS also recently announced the launch of both the new Zebra MC3300 and TC57 barcode scanners. Featuring the latest Android OS, these new devices represent the next generation of barcode scanning for records and secure destruction management software
