May 2018 – Gatwick, England - Last May, DHS Worldwide Software Solutions held their 2018 Total Recall European Users Conference in London, England. Focusing on their growing European customers, DHS offered high quality educational sessions which were received with great success.
The European Users Conference Agenda was centered in the theme “Operating with Excellence”, empowering Records and Information Management professionals to achieve a culture of operational excellence.
Workshops were focused on the many Total Recall features that help Record Center Operations optimize their service resulting in delivering an excellent customer service. Throughout a series of five interactive workshops, DHS covered best practices for organizational improvement across all divisions, including Business Development, Customer Service, Operations, and Administration & Billing.
The “What’s New” session was one of the favorites, as it highlighted hundreds of enhancements added in the past year, providing the participants a firsthand knowledge on how to put these new features to work in their organizations.
On the last day of the conference, a session was dedicated to the subject of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which went into effect the week of the Conference. The session also included insights and practical steps for implementation of information governance.
Feedback from attendees was very favorable, commending the continued quality of the educational sessions.
