Recall's integrated
invoicing system. With our sophisticated, but easy to use billing options, all clients are billed automatically for
all services. At the end
of each month, just click a button and the program will generate
invoices for each client. The program features a robust accounts
receivable module for posting and monitoring payments, as well. Total
Recall also
exports data for use in Peachtree™ and other popular accounting software packages.
Billing features include minimum monthly billing, billing by cubic
feet, billing by item type and pro-rata billing. You can set specific
prices for each customer and can bill each customer monthly, quarterly,
semi-annually or annually. You can also bill customers by department
and can choose from numerous pro-rata billing options. The system
allows you to easily edit invoices, add lines to invoices or manually
create new invoices when necessary. |
